Who handles your data

The data controller is Cecilia Ferrari, Modena, Italy. For any request about your data, write to cecilia.ferrari2022@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• Contact form: name, email, topic and message, used only to reply to your request (order, workshop, information). Legal basis: your request and the pre-contractual steps that follow (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• WhatsApp, phone, email: if you contact Cecilia through these channels, what you share is used only to reply and handle your order or booking.
• Technical data: like any website, the hosting service logs technical data such as IP addresses, needed to run and protect the site.

How long

Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires otherwise.

Who else may see the data

• Netlify, Inc. hosts the site and receives form messages as a data processor. It may store them on servers in the United States, with the safeguards the GDPR requires for transfers outside the EU.
• Google Fonts: the site’s typefaces load from Google’s servers, which receive your device’s IP address.
• WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook (Meta): when you follow these links you leave the site and Meta’s privacy policies apply.

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Cookies

The site uses no profiling cookies or analytics, so no consent banner is needed.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to its processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to cecilia.ferrari2022@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
